POSITIVE BODY IMAGE
It’s so important to feel happy with your body and comfortable in your own skin. Self love is so helpful if you want to live a happy life. Society is always showing us the unrealistic expectations of what we are ‘supposed’ to look like. In reality, we’re supposed to look however we want! As long as you’re happy, you don’t have to look a certain way. Flaunt what you’ve got!
Here are a couple way to have a more positive outlook on body image. These things can help change your mindset, and encourage positive thinking and understanding:

POSITIVE OUTLOOK ON YOUR BODY IMAGE
When you’re walking down the street, stand up tall. Chin up, walk with a purpose and you will look and feel more confident!
Look after your body from the inside, so you’ll feel more confident about the outside! It will also make you feel healthier and better about yourself.
TREAT YOURSELF
We often get so caught up that we forget we deserve a treat every now and then. That kitkat is good for the soul, eat it! Treat yourself every now and then, but keep moderation in mind.
FOCUS ON THE POSITIVE
Instead of noticing the parts of your body that you don’t like, focus on the parts you like about yourself! Once you start focusing on the positive, it may be that you start noticing the things you like, rather than what you wish you could change.
WALK TALL
EAT WELL AND HYDRATE!
DON'T COMPARE YOURSELF TO OTHERS
There will always be people that have things you don’t have (or don’t have things you have), but comparing yourself to them does nothing for you except bring you down!
DON'T PAY ATTENTION TO THE NUMBERS
The number on the clothing tag or the number on the scales do not define your body and they certainly do not define who you are. You are defined by your unapologetic self and your comfort in being perfectly imperfect.
BE GRATEFUL
Don’t take anything for granted! Appreciate everything you have, so the positives are in your mind, rather than the negatives. One way to do this is by keeping a gratitude journal. They encourage you to think about all the things in your life that are making you feel good, and this may be just what you need.

If there’s one thing you remember from this page, it’s this…
You can’t live a positive life with a negative mind.
